Roman-Irish – the source of health
Hot steam and cold water - experience Roman bathing culture. The Roman-Irish steam bath is a combination of ancient Roman steam baths and Irish dry hot-air baths. Gradually heated rooms give the body and circulation enough time to get used to higher temperatures slowly. The traditional bathing ritual opens the pores and respiratory tracts and ensures the regeneration of body and soul. The highlight of the ceremony is the extensive brush massage with aromatic natural soaps. The brush is applied vigorously to your back, legs and arms for 15 minutes. Mangosteen, lemon grass or maybe ginger? During our massage, you don’t just choose how vigorously we use the brush - you also select your own personal natural soap. And you can take home whatever is left after the massage.
