We have a brasserie with 156 seats, a lobby bar that seats 20 and the lounge/patio with 50 outside seats, catering for all your needs. Love at first bite is the motto in the Bits&Bites brasserie. After various types of breakfast (from 6:30 a.m.) you can choose from little morsels (bits) and a large selection of fine-tasting appetisers (bites,) most of which are available in larger portions. For example the Bits table, Bites club sandwich or finely minced meat are on the menu. With traditional brasserie food like poached meat, entrecôte café de Paris and a Bernese platter, the brasserie embraces local and regional cuisine. Inspired by its own chocolate factory on the doorstep and with "can you smell the chocolate" as its motto, Toblerone creations are on the menu too.
