There are just a few stores and restaurants that, for technical reasons, cannot accept the Westside gift voucher. In such cases, customers must first pay the bill, but can then present the receipt and their gift voucher at Westside The Shop, where the payment will be refunded and deducted from the gift voucher.

The gift card can only be used at the Westside stores listed above and entitles you to pay for any purchase from the entire range on offer. Any balance remaining is carried forward and cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged for gift vouchers or credited to a credit card. If the card is not used within 24 months, it will automatically be invalidated and the amount will be forfeited.
The card cannot be replaced if it is lost or stolen.
